BWT Beijing was granted the 2015 Ringier Technology Innovation Award for its 915nm/150W fiber coupled laser diode module at the awards’ ceremony where held at the Marriot Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel on March 18, 2015.
Ringier Technology Innovation Awards are regarded as the most important awards in China’s laser industry, and the program is designed to encourage, acknowledge and reward those who have introduced and developed a new idea, methodology, product or technology for manufacturing production efficiency, cost effectiveness, user convenience, energy efficiency and corporate responsibility.
The award-winning 915nm laser module offers 150W output power from a 105μm fiber, which has the excellent beam distribution to enable high efficiency pumping Yb-doped fiber lasers and provides optimized thermal management. It also adopts BWT’s patented modularization process to ensure high-quality and high-efficiency production to provideacost-effective solution for high power fiber laser system manufacturers.
