The laser diode dimension is 47mm x 46mm x14.5mm, and its weight is 85g with less than 0.3K thermal resistance. The lightweight target 1.2g/W has been achieved. At present, 9XXnm band achieves following specification: stable 70W output power with 105mm fiber core, and light in 0.15/0.22 is higher than 95%.
In addition, this platform is more valuable that types of wavelength stabled products can be customized according to customer's requirement. Until now we have offered thousands piece of 976 /- 0.5 nm, 60W pump diode to the market. Its full power electro-optic conversion efficiency reaches up to 50%, and wavelength is locked stable.
